公布的内容如下:

IO-WGCA涵盖了所有与气候环境相关的国际法，条约法，委托和登记FTA和APOSTILLES《IO-WGCA气候环境宪法》作为国际公共信托法的全面担保；向全球发掘IO-WGCA IGC OF ISGC、国际标准绿色技术及商品、服务运营、企业、评估、学位、资格，在此基础上，通过国际标准绿色验证、认证，将“IO-WGCA IGC”国际标准绿色分类代码和同碳排放国际标准绿色认证分类代码，以及通过再认证领域咨询，向全世界推广和管理国际组织的CCGI、GGG、国际公益企业，践行公益，在这个地球和宇宙中保留有机体和无机体。

그리고 한국정부 협조 요청 안 문건은 해당 정부 각 부 청 위원회 등으로 IO-WGCA는 한국외교부 등 NCCA위원장,GCF,GGGI, 한국 검찰총장을 비롯한 각 부 장관 행정구역 별 시장과 도지사, 전 세계국가 내 한국 대사관 그리고 대한민국 정부 외교 관 들이 파견 되어 근무중인 국제기구 대표부 한국내 국제기구 대표부 등 대륙 별 연합 대표부로 IO-WGCA 기후환경 헌법 관련 지재권 이해와 협력 요청 문서에 관한 공시를 하였으며. 주요 내용 은 IO-WGCA 기후환경 헌법은 WIPO에 두번이나 전세계 국가에 PCT가 등록 되어있고 대한 민국 지재권 에 대한 법원에 판결(특허심판원 판결은 대법원 심사 대상 이 아님)에 따라 대한민국부터 특허를 등록 하였고 전세계 국가에 우선권을 확보해 두었다는 내용과 IO-WGCA 기후환경 헌법이 공포되었다는 내용을 WIPO 즉 UN 기관이자 180여 회원국을 보유한 UN 기관에 등록 되어있다.

IO-WGCA는 기후환경과 관련된 모든 국제법, 조약, FTA 및 APOSTILLES 'IO-WGCA 기후환경헌법'을 국제공신탁법의 포괄적 보안으로 위탁 및 등록하고, 전 세계에 IO-WGCA IGC OF ISGC,국제표준녹색기술 및 상품,서비스운영,기업 등 평가,학위,자격,을 발견하고, 이를 바탕으로 국제표준녹색검증을 거쳐 인증을 통해 'IO-WGCA IGC' 국제표준 녹색분류코드와 동 탄소배출 국제표준녹색인증 분류코드와 재인 증 분야가지 자문을 통한 CCGI,GGG, 국제 공기업 등을 전 세계로 확산 및 관리하는 국제기구IO-WGCA이다. 이 지구와 우주에서 유기체와 무기 물질을 보존하기 위해 공익을 실천한다.

이와 같이 'IO-WGCA'는 '기후환경헌법'에 근거하여 각국이 보유한 녹색기술, 상품, 기업, 서비스를 발견하고 이를 국제표준 녹색 검증/인증을 통하여 전 세계에 확산시키는 삶을 영위하는 더 나은 환경을 위한 구체적인 대책을 제시하고 실천하는 독립적인 국제기구IO-WGCA이다. 이를 위해 각국의 중소 도시에 국제 녹색 인증 / 검증 기관을 설립하고 운영함으로써 모든 사업을 신속하게 수행 할 수 있으며 각 분야의 전문 기관 및 각 국가 및 각 지방의 정부와 협력하여 대학에 부속 된 기관과 함께 운영 될 수 있습니다. 원활한 직무수행을 위해 국제법상 'IO-WGCA 헌법'에 근거하여 각 분야 별 국제표준ISGC 'IO-WGCA IGC' 분류법에 의한 '국제표준 녹색인증법'의 특허를 종합 보안으로 360개국에 PCT 출원을 완료하고 각국에서 별도의 특허 출원도 현재 진행 중입니다.

5. 특히 한국에서는 국회가 국제기후환경협약(조약법)에 근거한 '저탄소 녹색성장기본법'을 비준하고 국제녹색실천을 위하여 제4조 국가책임, 제5조 지방정부의 책임, 제6조 모든 기업의 책임, 제7조 인민책임, 제8조 'IO-WGCA 헌법'에 부합하는 다른 법률과의 관계 우선.

이와 같이 녹색분야에서 의무입법이 시행되고 있는 대한민국(EU)IPO는 약 144개의 인증분야를 포괄하는 기후환경헌법이 위탁된 기업을 기반으로 처음으로 상표권을 등록하고 국제사회에서 국제녹색검증/인증 분야를 선도하는 국가가 될 수 있기를 기대하고 희망하며 'IO-WGCA International Green Green Certification' 특허를 적용하고자 'IO-WGCA 정헌'(제2016-0030293호)에 근거한 인증방법'은 최종 지적재산권재판소 제9호 결정(판례번호 2018 4851)에 따라 특허부여결정이 내려졌다. 또한 한국은 대법원의 판례에서 재판소의 판결과 관련해 재심의 이유가 없다고 판단했다. ~등이 공시되어 있다.

IO-WGCA 기후환경 목적분야 부합 한 분야 이기에 첨부하였고 그 개발을 UNEP UN 기관에서 1972년 유엔 환경회의로 설립된 케냐 나이로비에 본부를 둔 UN 기관입니다. WTO는 개인부터 단체 국가 대륙 등에서 자유롭게 세계무역을 협정하고 협약하고 협상하는 틀과 준수하고 분쟁해결을 등 절차를 제공한 기관입니다.

기본은 우루과이 라운드에서 시작되었고 생각 하시면 되십니다. WIPO는 UN 기관 입니다.

유엔 기관 중 한 개 기관으로서 전 세계 지적 재산권을 보호하고 전 세계 약 190회원을 가입한 기관입니다. 스위스 제네바이 있습니다.

TRIPS 1986기관 등 IIF선진 당사자국에서 만든 기구라 할 수 있습니다.
