IO-WGCA WIPM은 IGC “분류코드”로 인증된 전 분야의 “IGC국제녹색상품”, “IGC국제녹색기술”, “IGC국제녹색서비스”,”IGC국제자격평가”, “IGC국제녹색기업”IGC각 분야별 석사급 이상 이나 기구 추천에 의한 IGC 국제검증사 및 사회전반에 걸친 “국제 자격”, “국제 경력 증명”, “국제 학위” 등을 발굴, 교육하여 국제녹색기술, 상품에 대한 온라인 국제녹색상품거래소 거래및 전 세계 수출, 수입 관리업무 및 국가별 해당기관에 국제녹색기술, 상품, 기업, 자격에 대하여 각 본부 CCGI기관에서 GGG공무를 수행하며 해당 IGC기업내 인증 범위에서 전 세계 국가를 상대로 공무를 수행한다. 또한, 책무 미 실천에 대한 기관, 기업, 국민에 대하여 국제기구 국제 협약법 감찰 공무를 지원 할 수 있다.
2) IO-WGCA WIPM은 각 분야별 해당 국제 자격 교육과정을 이수하고 최종 테스트(개별 면접과 소정의 시험)에 통과함으로써 “IGC분류 코드별 IGCM국제 자격”을 취득하게 되며, 각 분야별 “온라인 IGCM” 또는 “오프라인 IGCM” 등 지원한 업무영역에 따라 “IO-WGCA교육 수료증”과 “국제 자격증”을 발급받은 후 “아포스티유” 인증을 받아야만 “국제 조약법”에 근거한 국가별 해당 분야에 국제 및 국내 관리 공무를 수행할 수 있다.
IGCM의 분류 및 범위
크게 온라인과 오프라인으로 구별되며 업무수행분야는 IO-WGCA IGC 인증분야와 동일하게 운영된다. 또한 업무수행 범위에 따라 다음과 같은 명칭으로 분류된다.
- IGCM : 국제별 관리
- NGCM : 국가별 관리
- CGCM : 지역별 관리
이때, 최종 IO-WGCA 교육과정 이수 후 접수된 문건은 각 교육기관의 집행위원회 결의 완료 문건 이어야 하며 “수료증”과 “자격증”이 발급되기 전 접수되어야 할 절차와 “규정”, “규범”, “규율”이다.
기 접수된 문건은 차후 해외활동이 필요한 경우 별도 출장 명령서 신청 시 “규정”과 “규범”, “추천” 등 IO-WGCA 근무 절차에 따라 국제 공증 및 법무부 아포스티유, 외교 영사인증(영사 APOSTILLIE) 인증을 받을 수 있다.
3) 또한, IO-WGCA WIPM 강사로 활동하기 위해서는 IO-WGCA 공식멤버 임명 받은 다음에 별도의 추가교육 통해 “강사자격”을 취득하여야 한다.
4) 모든 IO-WGCA WIPM 교육은 각 교육기관 별 최소 5명 이상부터 진행할 수 있다.
5) IO-WGCA의 대륙별 및 각 기관, HQ, R&D, 12 REPRESENTATIVE, 14 GLOBAL HQ, 72 SUPPORT HQ,. 분야별 “국제자격증” 및 “경력증명에 따른 학위” 등의 교육 과정은 각 분야별로 다양하므로 해당 과정 진행 시 그 특성을 고려하여 담당 교육기관의 교육계획서와 교육비용 등을 해당 교육기관, ‘집행위원회’와 ‘운영위원회’, ‘실행위원회’의 결의 및 협의 완료된 문건을 APOSTILLE 검사관에 접수 검증한 후 수신기관, 발신기관을 통하여 설립임원집행이사회(F,D. EBM. COUNCIL)에 상정하여 비준된다. 이후 결의를 위한 서면 회의와 토론 등 자문위원회 문서가 첨부된 건으로 조정 단계를 걸쳐 최종 회의 결과로 승인을 얻어 진행한다.

4. IGCM 관리 비용 운영에 대한 이해
- IGC국제표준녹색인증상품의 수출 시 해당 본부 관리법인(SPC-B)는 제조사가 책정한 공급 금액에 대하여 10~30% 상승된 가격으로 수출하게된다. (최종 협의 후 결정 조건)
5. IGCM 해외활동이 필요한 경우.
- 해외활동을 위해서는 IO-WGCA 세계지적재산권관리사 자격증과 해외에서 필요한 개인 서류를 구비하여 국제 공증 및 아포스티유(외교부, 법무부 인증) 과정을 진행하여야 한다.
이때, 추가비용은 IO-WGCA 아포스티유 업무 지원 비용 기준에 따른다.

IGCM的分类和范围

*The tutor fee is subject to the highest standard of labor fee of National Education Department - special lecturer fee.

4. Understanding of IGCM management cost operation
-When exporting IGC international standard green certified products, the general
headquarters management company (SPC-B) will export at a price 10-30% higher than the supply set by the manufacturer（conditions to be determined by final negotiation)
5. When IGCM overseas activities are needed.
-International notarization and Apostille (ministry of foreign affairs and ministry of justice certification) are required for overseas activities with IO-WGCA world intellectual property manager certificate and overseas personal certificate.
In this case, the additional cost is based on the IO-WGCA Apostille certified business support cost standard.
All of the above receiving organizations must transfer the prepared documents from the receiving organization, so that the executive board meeting can start only after the cost and required document contents are determined.
