<IO-WGCA 멤버 협약의 이해>
IO-WGCA는 멤버로 활동할 수 있는 영역은 개인멤버, 12개 대표부, 14글로벌본부, 연구원 및 72지원기구로 대표되는 기관과 CCGI,GGG,등 연구원, 대륙별 ,등 SPC-A.B.C로 대표되는 국제기구 공기업, 지적재산권관리사(WIPM - 분야별GCM), 검.인증위원, 홍보위원, 국제대사 등으로 참여할 수 있다. 각각의 역할과 임무가 확실히 구분되어있고 그에 따른 책임이 따르므로 반드시 면밀히 검토 후 신청하여야 한다.
모든 협약은 추천인의 교육과 안내를 받아 본인이 원하는 분야로 협약서와 직접비용, 첨부서류 등을 포함하여 신청한 후 설립집행부 회의에 따라 최종 취소불능협약으로 완료된다.
3. IO-WGCA 개인멤버 협약
IO-WGCA의 멤버 기초교육 프로그램을 성실히 이수한 후 본인이 관심있고 신념과 책임감을 가지고 활동할 수 있는 영역에 지원하여야 하며, 분야별 의장의 추천으로 각 본부별 지원의장, 지원위원, 세계대사, 홍보위원 등으로 지원할 수 있다.
IO-WGCA 헌법 책무이행 동의 및 개인협약시 인지하여야 할 사항
1. IO-WGCA는 인류와 동식물과 오존층을 보호하며 “지구와 우주 유, 무기체”를 영구히 보존하기 위하여 IO-WGCA 헌법을 이행, 실천하며 헌신한다.
2. 기 기재상 최초 설립 임원이나 주주는 그 공로를 인정 지구와 우주 유, 무기체 영구 보존 책무를 위하여 그 업무를 자녀까지 위임하여 업무를 진행한다.
3. 본 국제기구의 멤버는 IO-WGCA의 헌법을 수탁허가 받아 등기 완료 후 전 세계 360개 국에 선포하였고, 헌법 수탁등기 후 등록된 국제, 외국기관을 관리 운영한다.
4. 본 국제기구의 멤버는 ‘글로벌에티켓’을 생활화하고 IO-WGCA/IO-WGCAF 의 명예와 품위를 지키는 것을 최우선으로 한다. 만약, 위 사항에 위배되는 행위가 발생시, 그 원인제공자는 IO-WGCA 회의록7호 근거 F,D.EBM 회의 결과에 내려지는 어떠한 조치에도 겸허히 따를 것이며, IO-WGCA 규정, 규칙에 근거하여 특별한 이유없이 6개월 이상 공무 미 수행 시 직무가 자동 중지된다.
5. IO-WGCA는 "법인 인격체”("주주"와 "이사"를 대리인으로 선정하여 운영하는 인격체)이며, "기능적 인격체"(그 기능을 하도록 수많은 또다른 법인 인격체를 움직이도록 하는 인격체)이다.
IO-WGCA에서는 국제표준녹색기술상품을 사용하여 이 지구와 우주 유,무기체까지 보존하여 후손들에게 영원히 물려주기 위한 IO-WGCA기후환경헌법 실천 국제기구이다. 그러므로 모든 멤버 채용 시 IO-WGCA 회의록 7호 근거하여 분야별 의장 추천에 따라IO-WGCA 기후환경 헌법 수탁인 글로벌총의장(F,D.EBM GLOBAL CHAIRMAN) 회의소집과 참여 인원 과반수 찬성으로 임명할 수 있다.
6. 12대표부, 14본부, 연구원, CCGI, GGG, SFC, SPC, spc-abc 등은 공공의 이익을 위한 국제 및 외국기관이기 떄문에 IO-WGCA IGC 규칙 1100 룰에 의한 관리 범위 안에서 관리하여야 한다..
추천인에 대한 협약 사항
멤버추천인은 추천한 멤버에 대하여 IO-WGCA의 정신과 목적을 제시해 주어야 하며 추천멤버에 대한 책임을 다하여야 한다.

3. IO-WGCA individual member agreement

IO-WGCA agrees to perform its constitutional duties and matters that should be known when signing personal agreements

3. IO-WGCA 个人成员协议

IO-WGCA 同意履行宪法职责及签订个人协议时应知道的事项

5. IO-WGCA是"法人人格体"(选定"股东"和"理事"为代理人运营的人格体),是"功能人格体"(为了发挥其功能而移动众多其他法人人格体的人格体)。
